About Me and Chocolate

Our Little Story

Norma Jean Bakery is a well-established family-owned operation based in Warwick. I am highly committed to using only the finest and freshest ingredients in everything I make.

I have a 5 star Food Hygiene rating issued by Warwick District Council. This is the highest rating you can get and I am very proud of this achievement.

I hold a level two Food Hygiene Certificate.

I have a PME Masters is Sugarcraft and have been taught by Alan Dunn, Mark Tilling, Ceri Griffiths, Tracey Mann, Maisie Parish plus many others. I have attended numerous courses at Cakes 4 Fun, Maisie Parish, Squires and The Creative Cake Academy.

I am the founding member and Chairperson for the Warwick Branch of The British Sugarcraft Guild.

Sugarcraft

Through my cake craft I developed an interest in chocolate making and have attended the Barry Callebaut Academy in Banbury to develop my skills even further to include chocolate making. After completing Level One I was totally hooked and have since gone onto do two more levels. My whole outlook on the fine flavour, look and quality of chocolate has changed and I am always developing new flavours to increase the chocolates that I offer.
